My immersion journey 2025

February 17, 2025. The last day of work immersion experience, or I thought bcz our supervisors asked us if we want to extend even one day bcz they can't let us go for now. we became close, pretty close that we had a “ watch k-drama ” on smart tv. we had snacks and laughed at the afternoon. there's no many people who are asking for papers so we had plenty of time. 4:00 P.M our duty is over but we got to overtime because of the happiness and sadness. happiness because of what we had today and sadness bcz it was the last day. we are not sure yet if we can come back for the extension. this great experience and memories will always be treasure by me and will always ve remember in everything that it may use or conclude.

February 14, 2025. it's valentine's day, everyone was loud talking, laughing and greeting each other happy heart’s day. this day was a happy day yet lonely day when you had to go home straight and just sleep bcz no one is messaging you, or you don't have someone to celebrate valentine’s day except your family. i received chocolates and candies. i received corn candy from the little kid named skyler who i became close with. they are so good, greeting us with a smile. we all wore red shirts that symbolize love.

February 13, 2025. The eighth day of work immersion, as usual i faced the computer all day and wash the dishes, organize the files. Create and print, indigency, business permit, oath taking for first time job seeker and so on. it was tiring yet a good experience to remember. when our time ends i went to the public market and had some street foods. after eating i went to the park to see my friends and classmates even though they don't know that i’m passing by.

February 12, 2025. Normal day but today our supervisors asked for a picture because we doesn't have anything yet. They are so kind and talkative, I really love how they entertain and welcome us wholeheartedly. Without giving bad attitudes even though we makes mistake. Day by day as the end of this experience it's getting normal and a cycle like there's no many people and we get to answer our portfolio because of the plenty free time.   

 February 11, 2025. The sixth day. Gladly that I am on time to arrived there to fix my performance task papers for other subjects. One of my teammates cooked canned foods, she mixed the ingredients and it was delicious, her name is mary ann. I was always facing the computer as what the supervisors told me to do. There's no many people asking for papers, it's not like the day one that I got to feel pressure and as the valentine’s day is coming we are talking with our supervisors if we should wear red and they agreed, get to laughed with us. Time flies fast in the afternoon and it's 4:00 P.M they told us to go home since there's no other things to do. 

 February 10, 2025. The fifth day of work immersion as a student. I am the cook for them, our supervisors asked if we have squash and sitaw to cook and I said yes so i brought them in free. Our supervisors knows that I am a vendor with my father in the public market so they asked for the vegetables that I bought. I even bought cucumber for our treasurer. I was relieved when they said that it's so delicious even though I know that it is, hahaha. Facing the computer everyday and assisting people with papers is actually fun yet I can't help but to feel pressured when the people are keep on coming especially when i’m not yet done in a one people that i’m assisting. When it's 4:00 P.M supervisors let us go home to rest, thank us and said take care. 

 February 07, 2025. My fourth day work immersion, it's friday it means the weekends is coming. I woke up ate 6:30 A.M to get ready, had my breakfast and went to LGU Barangay Bonga Mayor. Our supervisors asked us to face the computer again. When the lunch break came we ate with the treasurer. She's so gorgeous like you'll think that she's just in her 20s. 4:00 P.M we get to go home as we finished the papers to organize and assist the people who asked for papers they need.  

Feb 06 , 2025. We were asked to organize papers, to arrange them chronologically by date. It was easy since it wasn't many papers but as we finished organizing papers we or I faced the computer again all day to assist resident in what they need. All of us wasn't facing the computer all day because it only has two computers that can be used. The other two are assisting us with the print, signature from the chairman and so on. Third day of enjoying the experiences.   

Feb 05, 2025. The second day of ten days work immersion experience. I never thought we, my team, will be trusted by our supervisors to get the confidential papers done by us. They let me faced the computer and assist every people who needs a specific paper like barangay indigency, residency, cedula, business permit and so on. It was a great experience knowing that i’m kinda into computers so it really makes me happy and motivated to keep going in this ten days of work immersion. In the afternoon we were asked who can cook and I said I can so they asked me too cook but funny it was just a ham, only needed to be fry but still I did it and we had a great lunch with our kind supervisors. 

 February 04, 2025 I woke up early to get ready for my first day of ten days work immersion journey. I felt excited yet nervous. I was assigned as a team leader to look for my co-students and guide them because we came in the Barangay Bonga Mayor as a group. In our curriculum guide, it stated there that in 10 days we need to complete our 80 hours of work immersion. We need to complete 8 hours in each day in order to be a total of 80 hours. So, our first day begins when we came ahead of time before 8:00 A.M.  and ended at 4:00 P.M. because it is written to our schedule about the arrival time of our group. After we went to LGU, we open the computers, clean the floors and everything that should be clean all the time because that was our supervisors said. When the supervisors came we respectfully greet them with a smile. They endorse us and later on we are given some task as the beginning of our work immersion.
